This stool points towards an occupant when the weight of a person rests on the seat. The five finger mechanisms extend and rise from beneath the seat when depressed. Once weight is released, springs pull the fingers down to their starting position and the seat raises back up. In this image the stool is arranged as if someone is seated. - Jason Pascoe
